Returns Policy

Refund Policy.

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item that you have purchased, in new condition, with the original packaging and all of the tags attached; (we will not be able to process your refund without these.)

We offer a simple process for returning your purchases; 

  1. Download and print out our Returns Form.  Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form, making sure that the 'refund' box is ticked next to the item that you are returning.
  3. Make sure that all tags and labels are still attached; (we will not be able to process your exchange without these.) 
  4. Send the item to the following address:

With regard to postage; unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns for customers.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail, once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment, which was originally used for the purchase, within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Exchange Policy.

Maybe you have chosen the wrong size and need something larger or smaller?  Perhaps the colour did not suit after all and you would prefer another colour?  As long as you can return the item in new condition, with original packaging and ensure that all of the tags are still attached we are happy to exchange your purchase.

We offer a simple process for exchanging your purchase.

  3. Make sure that all tags and labels are still attached; (we will not be able to process your exchange without these.)

Warranty.

Should the product be damaged upon arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via email. We will co-ordinate with you regarding the return of the item for assessment.  After assessment, we will approve a repair, a replacement or a refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials.
