Small Item Standard Delivery* -Authority for courier to leave

COST: 

North Island $7 

South Island $9 (plus $1 rural delivery)

For smaller items such as clothing and footwear. 

DELIVERY USUALLY WITHIN: 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS (+ 2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS FOR RURAL DELIVERY) once dispatched.

*excludes delivery to the outer islands - (Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island) which will incur additional costs.

Medium Item Standard Delivery* -Authority for courier to leave

COST: $10 

For Medium Sized items

DELIVERY USUALLY WITHIN: 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS (+ 2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS FOR RURAL DELIVERY) once dispatched.

*excludes delivery to the outer islands - (Chatham Islands, Steward Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island) which will incur additional costs.

Large Item Delivery

Items such as tents, furniture, BBQs etc.

COST: Depends on the item. We will advise you of the cost and you will not be charged for your order until you have approved this.

DELIVERY WITHIN: 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS (+ 2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS FOR RURAL DELIVERY) once dispatched

It is at our discretion whether an item  is classed as a small or large item for freight purposes

Dangerous Goods

Dangerous Goods Include:

• Ammunition
• CO₂
• Green Gas
• Blanks
• Aerosols

These cannot be shipped to rural addresses.


Refund Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item that you have purchased, in new condition, with the original packaging and all of the tags attached; (we will not be able to process your refund without these.)

We offer a simple process for returning your purchases; 

  1. Download and print out our Returns Form.  Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form, making sure that the 'refund' box is ticked next to the item that you are returning.
  3. Make sure that all tags and labels are still attached; (we will not be able to process your exchange without these.) 
  4. Please send to address provided on the returns form.

With regard to postage; unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns for customers.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail, once we have received and processed the returned item.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment, which was originally used for the purchase, within 7 business days of our receiving your return.


Exchange Policy

Maybe you have chosen the wrong size and need something larger or smaller?  

Perhaps the colour did not suit after all and you would prefer another colour?

 As long as you can return the item in new condition, with original packaging and ensure that all of the tags are still attached we are happy to exchange your purchase.

We offer a simple process for exchanging your purchase. 

  1. Download and print out our Returns Form.  Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form, making sure that the 'exchange' box is ticked next to the item that you wish to exchange.
  3. Make sure that all tags and labels are still attached; (we will not be able to process your exchange without these.)
  4. Please send to the address provided on the returns form.

With regard to postage; unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns for customers.

Warranty

Should your product be damaged upon arrival, please contact us via email with 5 days.

All items have at least a one year warranty against manufacturing defects, some products will have a longer period.

Should you have any warranty concerns, please contact us via email and we will direct you to the manufacturer/supplier to assist you with a repair, return or refund. They will require a proof of purchase to enable them to do this.
